Our beautiful gelding, Gandalf, (below) was awarded his Ster at the September 2009 Keuring! Gandalf was our second foal we breed here at Rainier Friesians. As a colt we saw Gandalf’s potential from the beginning. At his first keuring to be judged for the foal book, Gandalf received 1st premie as well as grand champion of the colts. When Gandalf became of riding age he was put into full time training with Erin Jorgensen to refine his dressage skills. In doing so Gandalf has become one of the most athletic and graceful friesians. At the age of 7 Gandalf was presented Dutch judges and received his ster status. Gandalf continues to excel in dressage. Look for him in upcoming events. Click here for more photos of Gandalf.
