Steve and I have lived in this beautiful area called Enumclaw WA for 14 years now. It is one of the most peaceful areas around, the views of Mt Rainier and the foot hills take you breath away. It is a perfect place to raise some of the most gentle horses I have ever known.

We have been breeding Friesians for 10 years now. Every foal is special to us, we keep a small heard and only breed a few each year. This way we can ensure the personal attention each horse needs to mature into the perfect companion.

Here at Rainier Friesians we offer only FPS/FHANA, (Friese Paarden Stamboek/Friesian Horse Association of North America), registered stallions, geldings, mares, and foals. Rainier Friesians is committed to maintaining the purity of this wonderful breed of horses. We do not do cross breeding so please don't ask. Our horses are of outstanding pedigrees, conformation and are out of model, ster, and studbook mares. We only use FPS approved sires for breeding from both the USA and Europe. We breed for dressage, driving, pleasure, and saddleseat prospects. We are members in good standing with FPS and FHANA.

We strive and make our horses as versatile as possible by training them to ride as well as drive. Steve enjoys the challenge of driving and is proving to be a very confident driving trainer for the younger horses.

I find my pleasure in riding, be it Western or English, trail or show arena, every horse has the chance to excel at what they like.
